We’re pleased to say The Zig Zag Building has been cited as an example to follow in a report on wellbeing and productivity in the Estates Gazette.

The springboard for the article is the launch of the British Council for Offices ‘Making the Business Case for Wellbeing’ report, which highlights the links between workplace design and employee satisfaction and health.

Among other things, the article highlights how The Zig Zag Building features “60% more clean air than is typically provided in an office building”. Our Leasing Director Oliver Knight is quoted as saying “Productivity and creativity are important to occupiers. People need space to breathe.” Wise words indeed.
